Weekly Ops Update – Feb 29

A friendly reminder that a physical pass is required to access the resort. Please visit any Guest Services location to print out your physical pass. This also applies if you have not received your pass in the mail or if you have lost/forgotten your physical pass.

Join us for Whistler’s legendary TELUS Winter Classic fundraising event. Featuring fun-filled ski events, wine, beer and food galore, our famous silent and live auctions and fabulous live entertainment. All proceeds from the event go to support non-profit charities. More information can be found at whistlerblackcomb.com

*Please note: As of 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 2nd, Roundhouse will have limited seating due to the TELUS Winter Classic Event. Please find alternative dining options at Chic Pea, Raven’s Nest, as well as Rendezvous, Glacier Creek, and Crystal Hut on Blackcomb.

The risk of Snow Immersion Suffocation (SIS) associated with tree wells is high due to the fresh snow. Always ski and ride with a buddy and stay within eyesight and ear shot while in the trees. The avalanche risk is HIGH today due to the heavy snowfall. This may affect the opening of the alpine lifts, whilst Patrol ensures the terrain is safe for guests and staff.
