It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Whistler Blackcomb! The holidays are here, and Whistler Blackcomb is serving up everything we love about the season – fresh snow, festive vibes, and endless mountain fun. Nearly 60 cm of snow has fallen this week, and more is on the way, so get ready for a white Christmas!

If you’re joining us for the holidays, here’s what you need to know:

Parking & Arrivals

Free reservations-based parking run from December 27-31 in Upper Lots 6 & 7 and Creekside Parkade, 6-11 a.m.

Free first-come-first-served parking in Lot 8 and Creekside at all times for those who prefer not to make a reservation.

Shuttle service from Lots 6 & 7.

Paid parking available in Day Lots 1-5.

Terrain & Lifts

Open daily 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (conditions vary).

Terrain package changes daily based on weather and avalanche conditions.

There is more snow on the way, which means terrain expansion is coming.

Festive Fun

Sightseeing: Daily 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (weather dependent)

Après: Hairfarmers at Merlin’s (Mon/Wed/Fri) & Dusty’s (Tue/Sat).

Live music at Roundhouse Saturdays 1–3 p.m.

GLC Parties: Dec 31 Fire & Ice Kickoff, Jan 22 Hybrid Minds.

Safety First
Early season conditions mean extra caution is key. Watch out for tree wells, hidden obstacles under fresh snow, and changing visibility. Avalanche risk is higher in closed and backcountry areas – please stay on marked runs, ski in control, and follow the Alpine Responsibility Code.
