Oakley Week Returns To Whistler Blackcomb

Oakley athletes returned to Whistler Blackcomb from February 20th through February 24th to host Oakley Week—a week-long series of on and off-hill events.

Oakley provided exclusive access for consumers to experience the latest products, including Prizm lens technology. Guests could pop by the Oakley Prizm Demo Centre at the Roundhouse and Rendezvous and try out the latest Oakley Prizm lenses. Oakley performance goggles and eye-wear are available in all Whistler Blackcomb shops for purchase.

At the base of Whistler, you could learn more about the science behind Oakley’s products and technologies. If you were lucky enough to get your hands on the famous Oakley Golden Ticket, this was the place to redeem your prize.

Custom build for Oakley Week, the Snake Run was inside the footprint of the Whistler Blackcomb Snowcross course and flowed into the superpipe!

Oakley’s pro team worked on new tricks and video clips in Blackcomb’s highest level park on the XL feature line. Spectators were welcome with the best access from Easy Out. Oakley athletes Sebastien Toutant, Stale Sandbech, Charles Reid, Rusty Ockenden, and more attended the week-long celebration that included events, giveaways, product demos, and opportunities to ride with these athletes.
